Quick Description
One player is a clerk in the Return Department of a store that sells lots of things. Another player is returning something. The clerk does not know what the item being returned is. The other player provides hints until the player gets it right or time runs out.
How to Play
One player (A) is placed in a sound proof environment. The audience supplies the item to be returned and the reason it is being returned.
Player A, who has not heard the audience suggestions, plays a store employee in the return department. The other player(s) are people who are returning something to the store. They do not name the item or the problem but rather convey to him or her, the product and the problem.
The audience may be encouraged to make encouraging noises (“Ooooh” “Ahhhh”) the closer the improviser gets to the truth.
The player returning the object uses mime to create the share of the object.
Note
Have you played this game? Can it be more than a guessing game?
Create a soundproof booth by asking the player to turn their back to the audience, putting their fingers in their ears and humming. Or create the sound proof booth by putting headphones on the player.
