Quick description
This improv games uses a bell to switch the persona from adults to kids…and back again. As kids we speak freely; revealing emotions and motives.
How to Play
This is an improv game with a trigger. When the bell in rung it prompts action from the players.
The players begin a scene, playing adults. When the bell rings they must continue the scene as kids. When the bell rings again they continue the scene as adults.
Notes
This game becomes interesting because the kid persona can speak more freely and emotionally. After all we never outgrow the inner-child.
Origin
This game came to me from Mikaela Bennett. She told me that her group has had a lot of fun keeping the continuity of the scene while exploring the different ways children perceive (and talk about) situations than adults.
