How to Play
Two players are chosen to go off stage and placed into the soundproof booth where they can see but can not hear what his happening on stage.
Soundproof booth: headphones with music playing to keep them from hearing any dialogue.
Two other players get a suggestion of a physical activity (or other suggestion). They improvise a scene while the other two players watch.
The players who have been watching, remove the headphones and recreate the scene they saw. They will have to invent the dialogue (since the couldn’t hear it).
Note
Soundproof Booth: Have two sets of headphones with music to obscure the dialogue.
I have no idea why it’s called “Hear No Evil”
Variation
One of them wears a blindfold and no soundproof ear covering. This variation is called “Hear no evil, see no evil.”
Seems like a summer-camp/party game rather than a theater game. ~William
