How to Play
A caller (Host, Emcee, member of the other team or audience member) reads headlines from a newspaper or other news source.
The players improvise a scene based on or inspired by the headline.
A group may go thought several scenes before they move on to another headline.
For Example:
The players are lined up on the stage.
The Host has a newspaper and reads a head line.
Host: “California Today: Mobilizing for a Battle Over Internet Privacy”*
Two players step up.
One holds a cell phone.
The other player says, “show me what you’re looking at!”
“No.”
“I challenge you to a battle over your privacy.”
“Accepted.”
“Choose your weapon.”
“I choose lobbing groups with loads of cash.”
…er….I choose a FaceBook petition…
Notes
This may be more of a warm up game or exercise than a performance game.
