How to Play
Two or more players start a scene. At any point, an audience member yells, “More awesome!” and the player with the last spoken line must heighten the meaning of the the line.
For example:
Rebecca: I’m glad you’re here.
Audience member: “More awesome!”
Rebecca: I’m really happy you’re here.”
Audience member: More awesome.
Rebecca: “Thank GOD you’re here-I can’t live without you”.
Any audience member can yell and they can yell as many times as they want.
[Awesome] Variations
Give the audience the choice of yelling “more awesome” or “more ordinary”.
You could choose any attribute for the audience to shout:
More interested (in what the other person is doing or saying).
More suspicious.
More In Love.
The possibilities are endless. This could make a useful training game to drill specific improv and stage skills.
